Deactivate your account.

You can deactivate your Heartkeep account at any time. We'll erase your data within 30 days.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Heartkeep.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Deactivate account and confirm.

By email

Can't access the app? Send a deactivation request from the email address on your account to heartkeep.me@gmail.com with subject "Deactivate my account". We'll confirm within one business day.

What gets removed

• Your profile, check-ins, reflections, and streak history.
• Push tokens and notification preferences.
• Anonymous analytics events tied to your user ID.

What we may keep

• Payment receipts, as required by tax and accounting law.
• Aggregate, non-identifying analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.

Active subscriptions

Deactivating the account does not cancel an active Google Play / App Store subscription. Cancel separately from your store account to avoid future charges.
