Common questions
I was charged but the app says I'm not subscribed.
Open the app → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the receipt and we'll fix it.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan. You can also cancel directly in Google Play or the App Store. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
I want a refund.
Refunds for Google Play and App Store purchases are handled by Google and Apple per their policies. Email us and we'll point you to the right place.
I want to deactivate my account.
Settings → Deactivate account, or visit heartkeep.me/deactivate-account for the web flow.
